Don't forget tag to copy and paste the div located right after the BODY tag and then to give it an ID="tooltip".

This script will not work without it obviously.

For those who want to create a simpler IE4-only text tip, just put a TITLE="your text here" within the DIV or A tag.
When the mouse moves over it, it will show the text you put for the TITLE.
This is almost the same as the ALT text in images that appears when you MouseOver the image.
